Designs
for The Villas homes are modeled after the 1930 historical brick farmhouse
located at the entrance of the community. The farmhouse will be converted
into a modern 5,200 SF clubhouse which will be the central point of
The Villas’ recreation area. The clubhouse will feature a large kitchen
and spaces for exercise, private parties, and community gatherings.
It will include a billiards room, media room, outdoor patio, large barbecue,
and game area, and it will serve as an activity center where residents
can entertain guests and socialize with neighbors.
Project Designers and Partners
The Villas at Terrace Heights is a community designed by G.P. Loomis LLC, Apex Engineering of Tacoma, and Tom Upton of Yakima. United Builders of Yakima will construct the homes which will be sold through Nob Hill Realty, also located in Yakima. Pat Loomis, the managing partner of The Villas, is a veteran at developing senior communities throughout the Pacific Northwest and California. With more than 25 years experience in similar senior projects, he specifically chose Yakima because of its affordable land costs, attractive location, and burgeoning senior population.
