Here at The Villas, we specialize in building communities for active adults 55 and over. Because we understand you and your needs, we know that from your perspective, your home will be the center of this active adult community. That is why we are using great care in selecting home plans that will fit your active lifestyle and will complement the beautiful setting of our gated community.

Each luxurious rambler style home will offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a covered patio. Homes will range in size from 1400 to 2300 square feet and will include two car and optional three car garages.
